L'acheteur doit ainsi se retourner contre le transporteur.

Items belong to buyer when they exit from our store. When parcel is transfeered to transport agency, with a proof of deposit (number of parcel), buyer becomes owner immediatly. Transportation is the buyer responsability. When an item is damaged during transportation, or when transportation is late, or if there is no delivery, or any problem linked to transportation, buyer is responsible and our store won't have to compensate any amount. Buyer will have to claim and negociate with transportation firm, and potentialy suit them.
